Barbara J. Schoeneweis has 25 years of experience in the health care industry with specific expertise in strategic business and market development for diverse providers, including multi-hospital systems, individual hospitals, physicians and other health care organizations.
As a consultant and hospital executive, Ms. Schoeneweis has been involved in activities that range from concept development to implementation.

Previously, Ms. Schoeneweis was President of her own consulting firm and Vice President of a Philadelphia-based consulting firm serving clients locally and nationwide. As a hospital executive, she served as Corporate Director of Marketing for an academic, multi-hospital system and Director of Marketing and Physician Relations for a for-profit hospital. Prior to her career as a healthcare executive, Ms. Schoeneweis was a journalist, with particular expertise in healthcare.
Ms. Schoeneweis holds a Master's degree in English from Brown University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colby College. She is a frequent speaker nationwide and author of articles on market, business and referral development, and various customer service topics. She is a member of the Society of Planning and Marketing of the American Hospital Association, American College of Healthcare Executives and Greater Philadelphia Healthcare Assembly.
